Beginning with Gravity’s Rainbow, the Klaxons had me. They immediately jumped to the top of my most played on iTunes and iPod. There was just something in me that loved all the nonsense and noise mixed with falsetto vocals. Now, with their full-length debut, the trend continues and I’m on “Klaxons are so amazing!” train that pitchfork or NME or whoever the hell started.Labels: Klaxons

Speaking of Muse. I so bought Absolution and I don’t think I’ve been this blown away from a modern “Rock Album” since Sing the Sorrow 2 years ago. The best way I can describe it is it’s like the apocalypse raining down on humanity while nuclear bombs fall and all the while a couple watches fallen earth from space. Meh. Either way I’m behind, at this point in their long career you either hate Muse or love 'em.
